S&P USA Ventilation Systems, based in Jacksonville, Florida, is part of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group, the world's leading fan manufacturer for over 70 years. Focusing on the North American market, S&P USA's ventilation products range from innovative, quiet, and reliable residential fans to large, high-capacity exhaust systems for commercial applications. Our vast product line and partner-first philosophy support our mission of enabling people and buildings to breathe better, cleaner air.

1956 Stanley Fans was founded in downtown Jacksonville by American Airline's pilot, Leonard Stanley.
1979 We relocated to our main headquarters at 6393 Powers Avenue in 1979.
1992 Stanley Fans purchases Breidert Fans to increase their centrifugal assortment.
1994 Stanley Fans purchases JencoFan to increase their Food Service assortment.
2004S&P USA Ventilation Systems was established as the North American division of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group.
2021 We announce we will be leaving Powers Avenue for a new location that puts our entire team under one roof.
