[02/02/23] Standard Delivery on ALL products/orders
Please know that due to supply chain challenges, material, and labor shortages, ALL products/orders are to be shipped standard delivery until further notice. Lead times and ship dates are estimated only and can change at any time.
[02/28/23] - Partial Shipments
If some of the products on your order have a longer lead time and you would for products with a shorter lead time to ship first, please follow the steps below to opt for partial shipments.
- Click the 'projects' tab, found under 'project management'
- Check the box next to the order you would like to split
- Select 'Order' from the options at the top of the page
- Find 'Allow partial shipments?' at the bottom of this page and select 'yes' from the drop-down
- Click 'Place Order'
PLEASE NOTE: This gives S&P USA permission to ship some products earlier if other products on the same order have longer lead times. This may also result in multiple invoices sent for the same order.
[12/15/22] - 2023 ERV Freight Policy
Effective January 3, 2023, S&P USA Ventilation Systems will implement changes to ERV/TR Freight rates.
2023 ERV/TR Freight rates in various regions are as follows:
- 1% of list price - MN, WI
- 1.5% of list price - IL
- 2.5% of list price - IA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NE, OH
- 3% of list price - AL, AR, GA, LA, MS, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, WV
- 3.5% of list price - CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT
- 4% of list price - AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, UT, WY
- 4.5% of list price - FL, OR, WA
- Surcharges will remain but are subject to change. This charge is included in the total ERV Freight Cost.

TR/ERV Lead Times
All TR/ERV orders require a custom freight quote. These products are excluded from S&P USA's Free Freight Allowed (FFA) Program. See lead times below. Lead Times are specific for 1 unit only.
Due to supply chain issues, the TRCe1200-230 is not available at this time

EC Motor ID 1310.11NM.17, 1/3 HP Lead Time
Please note that the EC Motor ID 1310.11NM.17 currently has a lead time of 120 days. This is due to supplier challenges and will affect models for the SDBDe, STXDe, STXDeRHUL, STXDeW, and STXDeWRHUL series. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Ecowatt-Drive (VFDs)
The Ecowatt-Drive (VFDs) speed controls are currently unavailable due to supplier shortage. If you select any VFD speed control, your order will automatically split.
IFFTe-50N-208V-277V-1PH Unavailable
Until further notice, IFFTe-50N-208V-277V-1PH is currently unavailable.
Speed Control (SCR-10/SCR-15)
Please be advised due to supplier challenges, our SCR-10/SCR-15 Vari-speed control is being replaced by another brand. The ratings and the function of the switches are the same. However, the new switch does not have a ground wire. It uses the body of the switch to ground the box it is placed. The new switch does require a screwdriver to adjust speed.
